We’re Chris and Katie.
A husband-and-wife team in Evergreen, Colorado. We help local service businesses and real estate professionals turn Instagram into booked calls and real revenue.
It started on a job site.
Chris has been behind a camera his whole life. He grew up filming skydiving and paragliding with friends, and he still jumps today.
He studied Construction Management at Colorado State, then went to work as a Project Engineer at PCL Construction in Denver. There he started flying drones over job sites to map progress and track quantities. That work spread to PCL projects around the country.
Then New Zealand.
Chris and Katie moved to Christchurch, and Chris built a drone survey and video business from scratch with nothing but cold outreach. Builders and civil contractors like Hawkins, PlusCon, Seipp, and BG Contracting hired Upsite for site surveys, progress photos, and project videos.
Along the way he noticed something. The videos he made for those builders did more than document the work. They got people talking, and they brought in calls.
Back home in Colorado.
When we moved back to Colorado, we started Upsite together to build something of our own with the skills we already had. Chris leads sales, content, and strategy. He scripts, films, and edits the ads. Katie runs client success, onboarding, and account management. Before Upsite, she worked at Prologis.
Today we run the Predictable Pipeline Method for local businesses across the Denver metro and Summit County: ads that stop the scroll, DM follow-up that starts real conversations, and a simple tracker so owners can see what each dollar brings back.
Drone surveys in Colorado and New Zealand.
We still fly site surveys for builders and owner’s representatives. Aerial maps and progress captures give a project team accurate measurements, a clear record of progress, and footage that doubles as marketing content.
In Colorado, Chris flies the job himself. In New Zealand, a trusted local pilot flies it and Chris manages the job from start to finish.
